Guided by the meridian theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), moxibustion is a complementary conditioning method that involves burning moxa products to stimulate acupoints or specific areas on the body's surface through the generated thermal effect. By activating meridian qi, it regulates disrupted physiological and biochemical functions, thereby enhancing physical fitness and helping to prevent and treat diseases.

Treatment duration per session:

Approximately 30 mins. Practitioners shall adjust the duration based on the patient's thermal tolerance and the skin condition (redness appearance) to ensure both safety and efficacy of the treatment

Pre- and Post-treatment Precautions:

Please drink plenty of warm water after treatment to facilitates metabolism and blood circulation.

Avoid cold water, air conditioning, or cold wind for strictly 2 hours post-treatment. It is recommended to cover the treated area and keep warm.

Dietary Control: A light diet is recommended on the day of treatment. Please avoid raw, cold, spicy, or greasy foods.

1) Moxibustion is strictly prohibited on the abdomen and lumbosacral region of pregnant women.

2) Patients with fever, hypertension, hemoptysis or acute infectious disease

3) Patients who easily experience dry mouth and throat, facial redness, or symptoms of yin deficiency with heat should consult a licensed TCM physician to evaluate their body condition first

4) Patients with skin wounds, severe allergies, infections, or ulcer

5) other restrictions: Avoid moxibustion immediately during extreme fatigue, drunkenness, severe hunger or anxiety as this may cause dizziness or fainting
