We are committed to providing reliable, flexible, and transparent domestic shipping services to our customers and members. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Shipping Policy.


2. Delivery Areas (Malaysia Only)

We currently offer delivery services throughout Malaysia, including:

•Peninsular Malaysia
•East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak)

At this time, we provide domestic delivery within Malaysia only. International shipping is not available.


3. Delivery Address Requirements

Customers must provide a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address.
•We shall not be responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses.
•Customers may choose to ship to any valid address within Malaysia, including residential, office, forwarding warehouse, or a friend’s/relative’s address. Please note: If a customer chooses to ship to a forwarding warehouse or third-party logistics address, 1 KAINUO HEALTHCARE SDN BHD (1590007-K) shall not be responsible for any damage, loss, delay, or mishandling that occurs after the parcel has been successfully delivered to the designated warehouse address, as confirmed by courier tracking.
•We reserve the right to verify shipping addresses where necessary.


4. Shipping Fees

•Shipping fees are calculated based on the following factors:
•Delivery location
•Total weight and volume of the order
•Selected shipping method
•For customers using single-item purchase or customized bundle options (currently applicable in Malaysia only), shipping fees may be higher due to individualized packing.
•All shipping fees will be clearly displayed at checkout for your review prior to payment.

 

5. Free Shipping, Promotional Offers

Free shipping may be available for selected products or during specific promotional periods, subject to:

•Product type
•Delivery destination
•Applicable promotional terms and conditions
•Eligibility for free shipping will be clearly indicated on the product page or at checkout.
•For qualifying orders, shipping fees will be automatically deducted at checkout.


6. Shipping Methods, Estimated Delivery Time

We work with reliable local logistics partners to fulfill deliveries. Estimated delivery times are as follows (for reference only):

•Peninsular Malaysia: 3 – 5 business days
•East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): 5 – 10 business days
•Remote areas may require additional delivery time

All delivery timelines are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to logistics conditions, weather, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. Delivery timelines may be extended during peak seasons, sales campaigns, or festive/public holiday periods.


7. Pre-Order Items

•If an item is offered as a pre-order, this will be clearly indicated on the product page or before checkout.
•Estimated delivery time for pre-order items is 2 to 4 weeks.
•Actual shipment dates are subject to stock availability and supplier arrangements, and will be based on the order confirmation details.
•Estimated timelines for pre-order items are for reference only and may be subject to change.


8. Order Processing Time

•Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days after successful payment.
•Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
•Orders placed after 12:00 PM (Malaysia time) may be processed on the next business day.


9. Lost, Damaged, or Delivery Issues

•If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the shipment by:
•Taking clear photos of the product and packaging
•Contacting us via email

We will assist in filing a claim with the logistics provider and, where appropriate, arrange for a replacement or other suitable resolution. Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the shipment for visible external damage or missing parcels. For internal product defects discovered after opening, please refer to the 14-day window in our Return & Refund Policy.


10. Failed Delivery, Re-Delivery

•If delivery fails due to any of the following reasons:
•Incorrect or incomplete address
•No recipient available to receive the parcel
•Failure to collect the parcel

Any re-delivery fees incurred will be borne by the customer.
