At 1 KAINUO HEALTHCARE SDN BHD, we developed product(s) that connects hospital or clinic (our Corporate Customer) and the patient. You should read this Teleconsultation Disclaimer carefully before you engage in any video consultation with doctor.
(1) We do not practice medicine, prescription and delivery services of medication. We only provide medical opinion.
The Platform facilitates you to have Teleconsultation with your medical professional after payment is made and receive medical opinion. We have no control over the conduct of Teleconsultation and do not intervene with the practice of medicine by licensed medical professional, and none of the content on the Platform (other than information you receive from your medical professional) can be considered a medical advice or an endorsement, representation or warranty of any particular medication or treatment. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws of Malaysia, we are not responsible or liable for any misdiagnosis or acts or omissions consequences arising out of or in connection with the Teleconsultation.
(2) Teleconsultation is not suitable for emergency cases.
You are reminded that Teleconsultation is not suitable if someone is in emergency (for example, not breathing, uncontrollably bleeding, and chest pain/heart attack) or any other symptoms that require immediate or urgent medical attention. Kindly visit a hospital or clinic urgently in the event an emergency case arises.
(3) There are inherent risk and limitation associated with Teleconsultation and no guarantee of Teleconsultation.
There are certain risks and limitations associated with the practice of medicine (if any) using audio, visual and data communication for example low quality of video resolution and aspect ratio or delay in medication. You acknowledge of the risk and limitation associate with Teleconsultation and understand that we do not assume any fiduciary responsibility or liability for any consequences, medical or otherwise, arising from any Teleconsultation through this Platform.
You are reminded that in the event where you are unsure of whether Teleconsultation is appropriate due to limitation and risks, you should consult the medical professional for advice. Due to the above risks and limitations, the medical professional reserve the right to decline or reject Teleconsultation, therefore your Teleconsultation may subject to change or follow up by a physical consultation. As such to the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws, we gave no warranty as to its reliability and merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose. We are not responsible or liable for any rejection of your Teleconsultation or any of the following physical consultation.
Conflict:
In the event of any conflict between this English language Teleconsultation Disclaimer, the terms in this English language Teleconsultation Disclaimer shall prevail.
