1. All purchased package(s), including tests not conducted due to patient-related or clinical factors are non-refundable, non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash.

2. An email confirmation will be sent to the registered email once purchase is completed.

3. Official receipt will only be issued after full payment has been made and cleared.

4. If you have any severe medical conditions (e.g. history of end-stage renal failure or ongoing treatment for cancer), kindly seek your doctor’s or specialist’s advice before purchasing.

5. You are entitled to reschedule your appointment date before your scheduled appointment date and the new appointment date shall not exceed 30 days after the scheduled appointment date. For assistance on rescheduling appointment date, please contact our customer service at 0123516679.

6. The purchased package(s) are valid only for the individual(s) registered by the purchaser as the service recipient. Purchased package(s) are non-transferable to any third party.

1. Proof of purchase (i.e. email confirmation) and the original identification card must be presented the clinic registration counter on the appointment date.

2. Additional charges may apply should there be any additional test or procedure recommended by the doctor during appointment.

3. Validity period of the purchased health screening package(s) or vaccination differs based on the respective health screening package(s) or vaccination as stated in the terms and conditions of each individual health screening package(s) or vaccination.

4. Kindly refer to the preparations and instructions for health screening or vaccination provided before attending your appointment.

5. If you need a copy of your invoice, you can obtain it from the clinic’s cashier or payment counter.

1. 1 KAINUO HEALTHCARE SDN. BHD. (“the Company”) acts solely as a platform provider and makes no warranty in respect of the underlying transaction between clinic/health screening center (“Service Provider”) and users of the platform (“Customers”).

2. Purchased package(s) shall be redeemed and utilized at the designated clinic or health screening center.

3. The Company shall not be liable for the quality, safety, services or professional standards of any products (including service packages) provided by the Service Provider. The Service Provider shall bear full responsibility for the products/services provided to Customers.

4. Customers may provide feedback, including complaints, compliments or suggestions for improvement, regarding our website or service provider through our customer service channel.
